At Incredible Little Sprouts Academy (ILS), our mission is to provide a loving, nurturing, Christ-centered learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to grow.
We are committed to nurturing the whole child — academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually — through developmentally appropriate, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and create a lifelong love for learning.
Through intentional instruction, meaningful play, strong family partnerships, and individualized support, we strive to ensure that every Sproutlet leaves ILS confident, capable, and Kindergarten-Ready, with a strong foundation for continued educational success.

Meet Mrs. Janneice White
Founder & Director · Incredible Little Sprouts Academy
For more than two decades, Janneice White has dedicated her life to nurturing, educating, and helping young children discover just how capable they are.
Her journey into early childhood education began unexpectedly in 2003. While attending college with plans to become a pediatrician, a friend who worked with the YMCA offered her a summer position as an Assistant Director. What was intended to be a summer job quickly became a calling — she fell in love with working with children, creating meaningful learning experiences, and watching young minds grow.
She holds a degree in Childhood Education and a Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, is CPR and First Aid certified, and consistently exceeds her yearly professional-development requirements to keep strengthening the quality of care and education she provides.
As Founder and Director of ILS, Janneice believes children deserve more than a place to spend their day. They deserve an environment where they are loved, protected, challenged, encouraged, and known individually — combining nurturing care with intentional early education, hands-on learning, Christian values, and strong kindergarten preparation.
One of her greatest joys is seeing the long-term impact of early childhood education: watching ILS children enter kindergarten prepared to succeed — including children who have tested into Gifted and Talented programs — and staying connected with former Sproutlets through their high school graduations and into college and adulthood.
For Janneice, those moments are reminders that early childhood education is about far more than preparing children for kindergarten. It's about planting seeds that can influence a lifetime — giving every little Sproutlet room to learn, grow, discover their God-given potential, and BLOOM.
