Getting started
What ages do you serve?
We welcome children from 6 weeks through 12 years — infants, toddlers, preschool, Pre-K, and school-age children in our after-school and summer programs.
How do I enroll my child?
Start by scheduling a tour or sending an inquiry. We’ll confirm availability, walk you through the enrollment forms, and guide you through every step from there.
When can my child start?
We enroll year-round as space allows. Popular age groups can fill up, so we recommend touring and inquiring early to reserve your spot.
Do you offer part-time schedules?
Yes. We offer both full-time and part-time options depending on your family’s needs and current availability.
Is there a waitlist?
When a classroom is full, we keep a waitlist and reach out as soon as a spot opens. Sending an inquiry is the best way to get on it.
How much is tuition?
Tuition depends on your child’s age and schedule (full-time or part-time). We’ll go over current rates and what’s included during your tour — no surprises.
Daily life & learning
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, to support working families. Holiday closures are shared in advance through the parent app.
Do you provide meals and snacks?
Yes — nutritious meals and snacks are part of our day. If your child has allergies or dietary needs, we’ll work closely with you to keep them safe and well fed.
What does a typical day look like?
A warm, balanced rhythm of play, hands-on learning, meals, rest, outdoor time, and gentle faith and character moments — all shaped to each age group.
Do you help with potty training?
Absolutely. We partner with families on potty training following your child’s readiness, keeping the routine gentle and consistent.
Is ILS Academy faith-based? Do we need to share that faith?
Yes — we honor God in all we do, woven gently into our days through kindness, gratitude, and simple prayer. We warmly welcome families of every background.
Keeping your child safe
How do you keep children safe during the day?
Safety is at the heart of everything we do — secure entry, trained caregivers, safe-sleep practices for infants, and careful check-in and check-out for every child.
Are your staff screened and trained?
Yes. Our caregivers are background-checked, trained, and here because they genuinely love children — we treat your child like our own.
What is your policy for sick children?
To protect everyone, children who are ill stay home until they’re well. We’ll share the full health and illness policy with you at enrollment.
What happens in an emergency?
We follow an emergency preparedness plan covering fire, severe weather, lockdown, and evacuation, and we keep your emergency and pickup information current.

How will I know about my child’s day?
Through our secure parent app — you’ll get daily updates, photos, meals, naps, activities, and a direct line to your child’s teachers.
Is my child’s information private?
Completely. Access is role-based and secure — your child’s photos, videos, updates, and documents are only visible to approved family members and staff, never to the public.
Can both parents have access?
Yes. Approved guardians can each have their own secure login to stay connected to daily updates and messages.
